Abstract

BPS as one of the providers of public services, carries out this obligation through the Data Needs Survey (SKD). This survey aims to identify consumer needs and satisfaction in order to improve the quality of data and public services from BPS. SKD is routinely held once a year. In 2020, SKDs are held in 515 BPS work units, namely at Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, and 480 Regency/City BPS. One of the presentations of the results of the 2020 SKD is in the form of a publication with the title "Analysis of the Results of the 2020 Data Needs Survey" as a form of a report on the implementation of the SKD. This publication contains a descriptive analysis of consumer characteristics, service unit performance, anti-corruption behavior, data needs, and customer satisfaction with data quality. Data is presented in the form of tables, graphs, and infographics. Some of the main indicators presented in this publication include the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK) and the Anti-Corruption Perception Index (IPAK).
